BackupBase was born out of a simple need: more support for online backup. We found that a lot of online backup companies provided a good product but when a problem arose, there was little help available. Some people we talked to needed help setting up backup schedules but found none available; some couldn't get a live person on the phone, while others were simply unable to recover critical files.

We decided our backup product needed not only to be secure, quick, and easy to use but that our clients deserved the right level of support.
